There are so many type of power cable in the market. Most we have seen, but some we have not. Following is a list of the most commonly used power cables in the market.

            - THW (60227 IEC 01) round cable, single-core conductor insulated with PVC. Used for general purpose installs in raceway or conduit in dry location. Not suitable for direct buried.

            - VSF  (60227 IEC 06) round cable, single core stranded copper conductor insulated with PVC. Used for general purpose or internal wiring of electronic appliance.

            - VAF flat cable, Use for general purpose in commercial and residential properties. Installs by surface wiring or in-wall wiring in dry location only. Not suitable for direct buried or ducting underground .

            - VCT round soft wire. Stranded copper conductor insulated with PVC. The stranded copper make VCT flexible and able to handle with vibration, making it suitable for internal machine and industrial machine wiring. Also suitable for outdoor and direct buried.

            - NYY round wire. This is a highly durable cable, with 2 layers of PVC sheath and PVC insulation. Can be used in wet or dry applications, indoor or outdoor. Installs in raceway, ducting underground and direct buried.
